Hierve el Agua is a natural park located in the conjunction between the north Sierra and the south Sierra. The very same took almost 2 million years to develop, the Mixes and Zapotecans knows this place as an ancient path through the purification of the soul.
This route and tour will guide us through many anthropological clues of the Zapotecan culture such as archaeological sites, workshops guided by native Zapotecans and also tour trough the agave fields to taste a minimum of 8 agaves which are endemic from Oaxaca.
